Child care will start on Monday, May 2nd.
If you need child care during Men or Women practice, please sign up at the link below. (If you have more than one keiki, you will need to submit multiple forms).

Child Care Rules
1. Child care will be provided Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday during adult practice times only.
2. Cost is $100/per keiki per month. This is payable via cash or check only at the beginning of the month.
3. Only keiki that have registered through this form and have made payment can be dropped off.
4. You must RSVP through TEAM APP – Find the child care schedule in TeamApp, select the date, and RSVP. (RSVPs will be available to you once your child care registration has been processed)
5. There are no drop ins. Keiki without an RSVP cannot be accommodated.
6. Keiki must be signed in and signed out.
7. Keiki will remain upstairs at all times until signed out – there is no self sign out, no coming and going.
8. Please bring snacks for your keiki when you drop off. None will be provided.
