Registration will be ONLY online – all required documents must be uploaded to the online registration form linked below. If you previously registered your keiki using the adult registration form, you must RESUBMIT all documents to the Kamali’i form.

The following documents are required for 2022 KAMALI’I Registration:

1. HCRA & HCC Waivers (2022 Waiver Packet – must be printed and signed by a parent or guardian)
2. A copy of a your child’s birth certificate or passport
3. A headshot photo, meeting ID requirements.
Upload these documents to the online Kamali’i Registration form.

Practice days, times, program start date, and huaka’i dates will be posted as that information is finalized. Unless restrictions are reinstated, we plan to return to our normal programming. Reservations are no longer required. Please monitor our TeamApp for further updates.
