Members,

After careful consideration, the Board of Directors have voted to extend the following temporary policy until February 1, 2022.

Members, ages 12 and older, participating in or attending any club sanctioned practice, event, or gathering must be fully vaccinated (COVID19). Vaccination status may be self-reported to your division Coach and/or the Club Manager. The Board of Directors will re-evaluate this policy regularly and make changes as needed.

We want to help ensure as much as possible, the health and safety of our members. This policy is temporary and will be re-evaluated as we move forward together.
